  • The fee does not cover the accommodation. The hotel accommodation booking costs will be your own responsibility. For hotel and accommodation details please click here.
  • Following prices are valid for only two presentations. For each additional presentation, participant/presenter have to pay +%50 extra.

Refund Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy:

 

  1. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Organizing Committee by e-mail: omtsa2017@gmail.com. Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee.
  2. In case of cancellation before 23 June 2017, there will be a 50% refund of the Conference fee. For cancellations on or after 23 June 2017, there will be no refund. All refunds will be reimbursed after the conference.
  3. In case you are unable to attend the meeting, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with a letter of cancellation to the Organizing Committee before 23 June 2017. This information should include the name of the substitute delegate.

The conference fee can be paid also in cash at the registration desk.
